Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 October 2026. These terms govern the digital services provided by Tylias. These terms apply to the freelancer operating under the name Tylias, not to a separate company.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service define the rights and obligations of Tylias and its clients for web creation and development, e-commerce, design and digital marketing services. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Services

Tylias provides, among other things: custom website development, online store creation (WooCommerce, Shopify), website redesigns, UI/UX design, mobile applications, advertising campaigns (Meta and TikTok) and maintenance. The detailed scope appears in the quote.

3. Quotes and orders

Every project starts with a free quote stating scope, deadlines and price. The order becomes firm once the quote is approved in writing (email accepted). Any deposit amount and due date are specified in the quote before acceptance.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in the quote, excluding taxes unless mentioned otherwise, in the quote’s currency. The payment schedule and accepted payment methods are specified in the quote before acceptance. Any online payment fees are borne by the client under the payment provider’s conditions.

5. Delivery and performance

Deadlines in the quote start once all required materials are received (content, access, approvals). Any client-side delay shifts the schedule accordingly. The number of included revision rounds and their scope are specified in the quote.

6. Intellectual property

Delivered creations (design, code, specific content) become the client’s property after full payment. Tylias keeps the right to reference the work in its portfolio. Third-party licensed components (themes, plugins, fonts) remain governed by their own licences.

7. Liability

Tylias is bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be engaged for misuse of deliverables, third-party modifications, incompatibilities introduced after delivery, or force majeure. Free tools published by Tylias are provided as is, for information only, without warranty.

8. Termination

In case of serious breach, the agreement may be terminated after a formal notice remains unanswered. Amounts due for work already performed remain payable.

9. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are subject to mandatory legal provisions applicable to the contractual relationship. In case of a disagreement, the client is invited to contact contact@tylias.com to seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, competent courts are determined under the applicable jurisdiction rules. No clause removes mandatory rights available to the client, including where the client acts as a consumer.

11. Use of the website and free tools

The website and free tools are intended for lawful personal or professional use. The following are prohibited: mass reproduction of content, abusive automated use of the tools, and any attempt to harm the service. Results provided by the calculators and generators are indicative and constitute neither advice nor a contractual commitment.
